If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, reshipping costs may apply.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers within the European Union have 14 days from receipt of goods to request a return or exchange, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
Returned products must be:
